All orders are subject to a delivery charge which is built into each item and the costs shown within. All orders are sent Royal Mail second class but can be sent First class by agreement. Valuable orders will be sent recorded and will require a signature.
To provide you with the best possible service, please let us have any specific delivery requests by adding the details to your order or emailing us.
If your item is sent recorded, please be aware that the local sorting offices only hold an item for 7 days before returning to us. In these cases, you will be responsible for any re-delivery charges incurred. If the order is subsequently cancelled, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
Non Delivered Goods
If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the goods. All items require a signature on receipt. We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.
All major credit cards are accepted via Paypal and you done even need a Paypal account. We are unable to send an order until it has been paid for and the funds cleared.
Ropelet is confident that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you want to return any item brought from us (excluding Ropelets), we will be happy to return or exchange an item provided that it is a fully re-salable condition.
Ropelets are not returnable as they are made to your order unless found faulty and inspected by us
To return an item you must:-
- let us know before you send the item back
- items must be in an as new condition, unopened and unused with all tags still attached
We cannot be liable for any items returned to us that are lost in the post and would therefore suggest that you use a trackable service to return the items.
We will refund the items once we have received the returned goods. The original postage charge will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for the return postage charges, unless there is an error on our part.
All orders are checked prior to postage and packed to avoid damage in transit, however, if your item is damaged when you receive it, please notify us within 48 hours and keep the original packaging. After this time we will not accept responsibility.
